Counselling & Psychotherapy is an effective way of helping people in a safe, relaxed environment.  It is an opportunity for people to examine their deeper feelings, discover for themselves a new outlook upon life and whilst being supported make choices that may not be easy. Counselling can also help with the discovery of new and different ways of responding to the pressures of day to day living. It can provide the opportunity to make sense of what is happening helping many people find answers to all kinds of problems.
Humanistic psychotherapy embraces techniques that come from personal growth and movement, encouraging clients to explore their feelings and take responsibility for their thoughts and actions. Emphasis is on self-development and achieving their highest potential rather than dysfunctional behaviour. It is a holistic form of therapy, it is client-centred, non-directive approach and if the client chooses can involve their creative instincts to explore and resolve personal issues.
